The team also was wonderful when it was discovered that an issue came up with my tv and internet cable. “Had a leak last Thursday - Henny came out that day to assess. Used a camera with imaging to locate wetness inside the walls - he and his team took pictures and got back with a quote an hour later! Tom and Louie came on Saturday to open the wall and install fans & humidifiers to ensure that everything dries quickly and correctly. They set up containment structures to keep everything covered. Tom and Louie were professional & friendly. They even explained to my toddler what was happening. Today (Tuesday) they came back to remove the machines & take the containment areas down. “This company replaced my roof in 2021. I thought everything was done correctly until we developed mold in our attic and were notified that the roof was not properly ventilated. This is also a requirement of the roof warranty so I'm assuming my warranty is void. Mold was remediated and I have called to see if they can help with the ventilation situation. 4 phone calls over the last few weeks, no response.

If you decide to use this company, hope that you dont have a problem after. They will never return your call.

Update: I was able to get in contact with our previous project manager from USA Roofmasters. He was responsive and set up for a crew to come out and install the proper inflow ventilation. It may have taken a while, but they did make it right in the end.“
