Dwayne did great job. This appointment was rescheduled because previous guys said could not do inside. Has to go on roof. Dwayne was able to take care of it without having to go on roof. Great job Dwayne. ??
I've been doing business with Stanley Steemer for 15 years now. Although I've had a few stains that just would not/could not come out, all in all I'm very satisfied with our carpets and furniture cleaning. Dwayne was our technician this time, and we were very pleased. He was very thorough, let us know exactly what he was doing & why, offered to add few services he thought we might need (obe was a "yes", as we decided to add another carpet), plus he was very friendly, helpful and professional all-in-one. We'd highly recommend him.
