“I had a broken window which needed replacement. Pella determined that the problem was one which qualified us for a free replacement window. I took the option of having one of their techs do the actual installation of the new window for a modest charge, rather than doing it myself. The installation had to be rescheduled twice, because of problems on my end. Everyone I dealt with at the company, from the folks in the office to the tech who did the installation were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
