He was very pleasant to work with and patient with my many questions and indecisiveness. He answered every one of my questions. On this visit, I purchased a new Thermatru front door and Emtek electronic lock set. He also explained the pricing, so I was assured to get the most competitive price for these products. “While the lines can get long here, they go by fast. I find the workers to be helpful every time I come (I often try to do pick up which is the fastest) but this time I walked in and while the line looked scary, it went by in 10mins tops so it all worked out. The selection is always available and there's good value for your money. I just wish they didn't charge for parking but I guess it's not up to them.“
