I purchased a fully renovated house in which all the windows had been replaced by the seller. I learned that Home Supply Window & Door had provided them and reached out to get some help with maintenance and service matters. John Bosquez in Customer Service was able to unearth the old purchase orders by looking up my address and arranged for a service call to help me address my needs. He and his boss Ted Hickey were both responsive and helpful.I found John unfailingly patient, responsive, gracious and professional. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Home Supply Window and Door! We are in the midst of a full renovation of a 1956 ranch home.
