“Last Friday, my senior dog had a medical emergency, and Mosaic got us in within 30 minutes—even as new patients. They were kind, compassionate, and didn’t push unnecessary tests for an elderly dog. They even took my calls over the weekend, and their pricing was reasonable—we can still send the kids to college!

I bought my cat in for an emergency visit on a Sunday and didn't have to wait too long to see a Dr. Unfortunately I found out some bad news and ended up having to say goodbye to my Franky, but the Dr was very compassionate and let me spend as much time as I needed with him. It was a sad day but they were great about it.“

“So at times I can be difficult to handle . Specifically when it involves family or our animals . Been going for 7+ years to the snootiest dog groomer on the jersey shore . We have 2 of our dogs groomed every 4 weeks @ $200 per. Yes, I have ( the Italian side) told them, if they hurt one of my dogs that I will kill their entire family but , that's all In jest . So got this message today proving that I shouldn't have waisted the $1000's of dollars and starting a new groomer on Saturday. Moral of the story , be nice but it's always all about the money lol proud to be white trash w a couple bucks Never though would I send a client this text. They are very compassionate and take a lot of time to review diagnosis and answer your questions. Their pricing is fair based on typical veterinary costs. They give clear estimates for procedures.
