“We can’t thank Rob enough for all his help with our 2 year old Bernedoodle. He is 70ish pounds and knew the basics but had some behavioral issues when it came to being around our toddler as well as new people. Rob was able to truly understand what our dog needed emotionally and physically, despite our pup not having a typical dog's demeanor. He may look super cute and friendly, but in reality, he is extremely afraid of everything and anything that comes in his way. With the tools Rob has given us to understand our dog, we are finally able to have company stop by in peace rather than complete chaos. My toddler can walk around with food and not be terrified that the dog is going to steal it right out of his hand.Many family members noticed the difference in him already and that is all I could ask for. It is important that they are aware of his needs too. We can’t emphasize enough how important it is to stick to the tools that Rob has taught our dog and us.Sometimes we have to go back to basics but nothing a little reminder can’t fix! We are so grateful that Rob was our trainer and we highly recommend him! If I were ever to get another dog we would definitely have him train the dog right from the start!“

Dr. Chiosi would not leave until all my questions were answered and before he left, he would summarize our visit just in case anything was missed. I'm very happy to have chosen a vet that gives me and my puppy such undivided attention. It was a late appt at 6:45pm and he was not rushed during our visit. “I am an overprotective dog mom and was very indecisive when it came to picking a doggy daycare I felt comfortable leaving my 11 month pup with. After doing some research, hounds town provided us with an opportunity to have a meet and greet where they explained every aspect of daycare and boarding to us and they greeted and treated our puppy with so much enthusiasm and respect; we left there feeling so comfortable and excited that we were able to find a safe and fun environment for him to play. He already understands the words “ do you wanna go to daycare?” And the excitement he shows just goes to show how much he loves this place. We look forward to the daily posts on Facebook to see what our boy is up too! Hounds Town is pawsome!!! Thank you for keeping our boy safe & providing him with a fun environment to socialize in :)“

“Very neat clean organized very attentive and knowledgeable staff very sympathetic and empathetic staff very informative veterinarian All super caring towards the animals and their caretakers I would recommend this facility to anyone that is looking for veterinarian care in that area hands down The office area and lobby is full of tons of informative literature and pamphlets for you to take home and some very unique artwork strewn about the walls in a very tasteful and elegant way and the other picture is of my bogey our foster dog that on the second day we had him we were forced to take him to this veterinarian which is how we've come to learn of them and we will be taking any animal from this point forward to this facility as opposed to going to our veterinarian of 12 years because the treatment we received there and the care we received their far exceeded anything that we have utilized to this point and our foster dog boogie was met with open arms like he was a rockstar and was made to feel very comfortable and safe which made going to the vet that much more pleasurable“
