“In 2021, we had a new roof put on our 100+ year-old home in Rutherford and I have been recommending Mayfair ever since. Work was outstanding, done quickly with care and expertise. Communication was great and all was left spotless. Four years later, our beautiful new roof had a soffit torn loose by a raccoon and when I called, Newton sent a crew to repair it that same day. It was fixed before I even got home. I have only wonderful things to say about my experience with Mayfair.“

“Pete and his crew did an excellent job on the exterior renovation (new roof, siding, windows, and gutters) of our home.

The crews showed up on site, when he stated they would and worked straight until they completed the entire job, including Saturdays. Their attention to detail, was incredible, they even went as far as matching the color of the gable vents to the new siding vs the standard white vent on every other home. All holes and corners were filled or caulked with color matched caulk. Every fixture had a white mounting block installed. They used high quality material and the installation was spot-on.

At the end of the job, Pete did a full walk-thru with us and identified a couple minor 'punchlist' items. His crew came back the next day to address the issues. Pete even sent his guys back a few months after their contract was complete to add a dryer vent on our addition that I forgot to ask for while they were here.

Their estimate, contract, and payment terms were clear and fair.

We are very satisfied with the work completed by PJ Sullivan Exteriors and the timeframe in which it was completed.

“We worked with Alex and his crew to create a two story addition off the back of our home in Nyack NY. Alex was always available when we had questions, issues, and or concerns. “Sal and his crew at LaRosa Construction patched up my roof after a hurricane put a hole my home. They also replaced siding that was ripped off in the storm. (State Farm was of NO $$ help, but that's for a different review). Sal was terrific. Nice guy. No BS. No Fluff. Easy to work with. Good pricing compared to others.

I was so impressed with Sal, that I asked them do an entire new roof on my Mother's home. They did a fantastic job. Looks great. We had a bad leak that took 3 tries to fix. Didn't stop Sal until he figured it out! Turns out it was not the roof, but an old bathroom pipe that was cracked. That is Excellent Customer Service!!!

“Valerio Contracting is the most AMAZING local company I've dealt with!My husband and I bought a new home that was a major fixer upper. The roof was old, layers and in disarray. The siding was cracked and leaking into our new home.Rick came promptly to assess the damage. He went into great detail about what needed repairs and what did not. His service was honest and direct.We contracted his company to do our roof on spots that had to be repaired after removing an old chimney and ended up doing the entire house. His fixed the leaking siding and gave us opinions on additional siding on the home that we agreed with and had repaired.We also had him add venting to our under roof soffits around the home. They sparkled up the gutters and added gutter guards. The house looks like it got a total face lift...AMAZING!From day one, Rick was on the job throughout the week.
