“Good shop. Located conveniently within Menlo Park Mall. We buy power glasses for our kids from here . Their prices are good compared to other shops . Service is also good .. the only issue is they have very less options for 12-13 yr old kids .. we found only 2-3 frames which fit him. Either it is too big or too small.. we got 2 glasses and they also finished and delivered glasses in a day .. good experience overall .. 4 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“The store manager Robert truly helped me. My situation required extra help. I had gone to a different eye glass shop and was told that what I needed was like finding a needle in a haystack. I left there with little hope and no glasses. I went this evening and Robert was able to find that needle in the haystack for me and left the store with glasses and problem solved. That's 5 stars and above! Even though I had got there close to closing and he was helping others, he calmly and efficiently helped us all. This will be my eye glass spot and I will recommend him and this optical store to anyone who needs glasses. Thank you for the great service!“

“I don’t know what they put in their coffee here but everyone is always so nice. They also have amazing deals and sales. I got my glasses here last year on Black Friday for a steal…I was pretty set on a pair I picked out but then one of the techs told me I would look better in rose gold. I always get compliments on my rose gold glasses. Just got my eye exam done and again, great experience with incredibly friendly staff. I have an Americas best very close to me but I choose to drive farther to this location because of the people.“

“Honestly - I had been a little concerned about not going to a "real doctor's office." However, I will be returning! Easy to make an appointment to get my eyes checked. The 'tech' or assistant who did all the tests was excellent. She explained everything so I knew when there would be a flash, or where to look, etc and exactly what they were testing. There was no wait. The doctor was very professional and friendly; she understood right away when I explained some of my vision history (since I'd never been there before). Asked questions about how I spend my day - in order to make recommendations regarding the glasses (progressives or not, etc) and always explained why. The office was clean, everyone was friendly; and most of the paperwork could be done beforehand online so I didn't spend 15 minutes writing my name and insurance info multiple times! Very happy.“
