“This is a small business, a small family business. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by a very nice woman behind the front desk and was quickly prompted to complete any paperwork. Moments after finishing my paperwork, I was called to be seen by Dr. Bucchino. He is a very kind older man. His 'chair-side' (because let's be honest you don't lay on a bed at the eye doctor...) was wonderful. He was thorough, kind, and patient. After I was examined the woman from the front desk helped me go through frames and was again, very kind and patient as I tried on different looks and colors and sizes until I found the pair I liked most.Now, I don't wear glasses everyday, so I received a call that my glasses were ready, but due to a few insurance issues (unrelated to anything with Dr. Bucchino or my visit there) I waited to be sure that my insurance was still covering my visit and glasses. I forgot about them...other life things happened and I forgot. It was over a month or 2, and finally I saw all these voicemails I missed because of not knowing the number, and BOOM! My glasses were still there. I feel like the fact that they continued to contact me, and held my glasses over that length of time says something also. Many places would have become frustrated and probably just sent them back. I recommend Dr. Bucchino's office and services to everyone, young, old, those who need glasses all day everyday to those who only wear them an hour here or there for reading and such. What a great experience.*Also, the main picture shown (at least the one up while I'm writing this) is not Dr. Bucchino's office. It is across the street from the pictured building. “i only been seeing Dr Vaidya for about the past 5 years and she is exceptional, that i have complete trust in her, and highly recomment to anyone that you will get the best of eye care..but the billing dept is always harrassing me with billing statements not paid ,, essentially after every visit.. in which medicare and my aetna supplemental insurance has always paid all costs in a timely manner each time.as of now May 2022, i just receive my 3rd billing notice for services Feb 2022,, which was already paid by my insurance back in Mar 2022. this is a hassle that i certainly do not need .. where i contact aetna, who provides me paid billing info which i then pass to Exe Eye,, who Can Not find it .. and sends me another monthly bill .. always ,, see how often i write always ..“
