I was very pleased. They have much better equipment and they are very theral with the examination. The place that I used to go to was not that great, won't mention the name.The people here are also very professional and nice. They answered all my questions and I feel very comfortable and confident that when my glasses are ready, they will be right, and if they need to tweak it a little bit, they will make the corrections and stick with it until its corrected, where the other place that I used to go to just gave up and refunded my money back. I recommend this place!
Saw Dr Ansel on short notice to check the prescription recently filled at another facility. He was very thorough in explaining why I may be having trouble seeing at a distance. I plan to return my glasses and have them double check the PD. Otherwise if that doesn't help I will have to return them and have the script filled somewhere else that has a reputation for doing progressives well!
