“Earlier this week one of my AC units stopped working amidst a pretty nasty heat wave. I reached out to a few companies, including one with 100+ reviews. None returned my calls, and one completely stood me up. I expanded my search to Yelp and reached out to Nemat at 3 Point Mechanical. He said that he could swing by same day and take a look at what the problem is. It turns out there were a few problems with the unit: the core issue was an electrical problem, but the AC unit was also sinking into the ground and had not been serviced in many, many years. After about an hour, I was thrilled when our unit was back up and running. Nemat will be returning in about a week to ensure that everything is running smoothly. In addition to being knowledgeable, Nemat is a really personable guy and was thoughtful enough to wear a mask the entire time. All in all, I'd definitely recommend his services to anyone having similar issues to my own.“

“I've been using this company for years to repair and maintain my heating and air conditioning. Very responsive and very professional. I just purchased a new Bosch HVAC system/heat pump from them, and installation was just completed. Rob, Roger, Rich and the team were great. I've never had a heat pump before, so they taught me the system, got me an instant rebate, and also information on a tax credit. Bought a service contract, so I intend to stay with these guys.“

“My water pump had gone bad, and as a result, it was causing a strange sound whenever my air conditioner was on. I was also concerned because one of my condensers outside was not well secured on the ground. Dennis Arsenault who is one of the technicians came to replace the water pump. I also informed him of my concern about the condenser. He was very polite and very thorough. He was also very thoughtful in covering his shoe before he entered the house. He took the time to see that everything was working well before he left. He found out what was causing the condenser to be unsteady. He not only corrected the problem, but went over and beyond to make sure that it would remain secure.He made sure that I was was satisfied, and took the time to explain everything to me. “I can't overstate how great these guys are, both in service and price. Whenever I needed assistance with my HVAC system it seemed to be an emergency and every time I called they'd show up same or next day to fix the issue. Last week I had to replace my entire HVAC system(Labor Day Weekend no less) and there was absolutely no reason to shop price or consider another service provider, THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST!
Reasonable prices, service second to none and when they replaced my system, they worked clean and even rerouted some wiring and a duct to make for a cleaner and neater utility room.

“Thanks to Jerry and Steve we have a working bathroom again!! We've had a stuck diverter for awhile and were too lazy to get it fixed until one day we noticed the leaking started happening on the top by the handle. We called Gen III and met Steve. He was very knowledgeable and experienced in this field and worked very quickly to fix everything. Unfortunately our house was older so the parts he had were not compatible. Thankfully there was Jerry to the rescue. He was quickly able to track down the part we needed and brought it to us so in the end our bathroom was fixed the same day. Thanks for going the extra mile. We are so happy to be able to fully utilize our tub again.“
