You enter the facility, and you get a body device that encompasses most of your body. Then, they start to do interval training while the device is pulsing. HARD, but worth it! “Corey has been my trainer for 6 months now. I can’t say enough great things about him - but I’ll give it a shot on here. First, he’s just a great trainer who knows what he is doing and will help you with your fitness goals. He designs your workouts and supports you both within his gym and outside his gym. He customized a plan for me, keeps track of all my work outs, and adjusts as necessary. He also helped with nutrition questions and advice. But I think most importantly is, Corey is just a great guy. He makes you feel comfortable and engaged and is a joy to spend an hour with. I would highly recommend giving him a shot!Also, as a side note - I was someone who used to try all of the gym class fads - from CrossFit to F45 to a lot of the places around town. What I finally realized was - you just need to lift something heavy, use the right form, start eating better, and stick to it.
