“Love Dr. Jan. He is a wonderful doctor and who is so knowledgeable about his craft. Loved going to the office and having him work out my issues and chit chatting with him as well. He has helped me in more ways than I thought possible. We had similar issues and he was always willing to listen and was there to just check up on me. I would recommend anyone who needs care to visit Dr. Jan. You won't be disappointed. Dr. Jan has also help steer me in a more positive direction not only physically but mentally as well. I can't thank him enough for all he has done for me.“

“Iron Bodyfit is my Gym! Love the concept and format while I have a gym and pool in my building I’m lazy to find motivation to train for hours. This 25mn exercise with electro stimulation is perfect for me. Quick but very satisfying. Feeling energized for the rest of the day. Alex and James are great coaches who know how to push your limits. No more back and knee pain anymore.“

“Everyone at the center is extremely nice and easy to approach with questions or for help. I came in with constant lower back pain, to a point where I could bare move some mornings. Within a few short weeks, I was starting to feel like my old self. The plan was explained very well, and we are on track with what was laid out during the second consultation. Overall, a great experience!“

“Coming from a person who has never trained in her life (30 years), who incorporated nothing but junk food in her diet, and avoided all vegetables and fruits, I turned to Sync Fitness to turn my life around. I didn’t know anything about working out, weight lifting or eating right. When I saw two of my very close friends completely transform their bodies after joining Sync, l had to check it out for myself. Joining Sync Fitness has been one of the best decisions of my life. This place entails real results, for real people. It’s a judgement-free zone for all types of people. Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or an expert gym rat, you are guaranteed to benefit from everything that Sync provides (i.e. training classes, meal plans, etc.). Even though I’ve only been with Sync Fitness for a year and a half, my life has completely changed for the better. I went from not having a clue about proper form for exercising and weightlifting, to walking across stage for an OCB bodybuilding bikini competition. Whatever your personal fitness goals may be, you are ensured to meet them with the trainers at Sync Fitness. The pricing, the training, the meal plans and the trainers themselves are all worth every cent to create a better version of yourself. I am a very hard critic when it comes to a lot of things, so with that being said, I am proud to be a Sync Fitness client and can whole heartedly say THIS PLACE is IT. “A sedentary lifestyle and working long hours at a desk job got my body feeling really tight in places - hamstrings, back, neck. Found Cindy after going through the profiles of many fitness trainers in NYC. Taking private training sessions with her has been single handedly the best decision I have made for my health. She effortlessly caters every session and the workouts to suit where you are in the fitness journey. We started building my fitness level from scratch and she has been super encouraging. She is a 2-in-1: Trainer and physical therapist. She watches to make sure my form is good, emphasizes quality over quantity and most importantly progresses the workouts in a safe manner that doesn’t risk injury in the back, spine, knees etc.Always look forward to her sessions. My friends and family have noticed the difference. Cindy always says “We are only as strong as our spine”. I’ve learned to focus on strength, mobility and overall health. Can’t thank her enough!
