“Went here for only 2 things myself and once again with a friend. I and she relied on them for our important stuff. Mine was a jacket I loved and at the height of the cold season the zipper broke. They fixed it up in a timely way and cleaned it as well without me asking. I also recently gave them a HS leather sleeve jacket that had sentimental value and some ink stains on the sleeve. They once again cleaned up that jacket to old-new and made me smile. My friend trusted them with her wedding dress. They did great work on it, and boxed it up real nice for her. Staff is always friendly. Real aware of the neighborhood, and keeping folks distanced for COVID prevention. Great location and quality work.“

“This place is the best! They do a thorough job with washing and folding. They are always great at communicating & their drivers are so kind and patient - once one of them waited on my stoop for a long time after I miscommunicated! Additionally, if any issues come up they always address It right away. For example: a blanket I sent out to wash was unfortunately ripped(no fault of theirs, I should have communicated the instructions for the blanket bc It was a unique material one) they ended up paying for It, covering the load that was sent out, and gave me a generous amount of credits for my next loads. If I need an early pick up or drop off they are extremely accommodating (the owner will even offer to do It himself if necessary).Overall, they are a very trustworthy spot to send your laundry to with great customer service and reasonable prices for their quality of service.“
