The worst customer service experience ever. They shorted me five shirts and the woman refused to check for them. Repeated you check and I said I did. She refused to look. Crazy - make sure you count your clothes here. They just lost a weekly customer. Thankfully many other choices! Update - the shirts were delivered to my apartment this afternoon. Sad that this could not have been handled without aggravation! Updating to three stars from one.

It breaks my heart to give these guys anything short off remarkable, but in comparing to the various options in JC, as well as those in NYC from the days I lived there, I can't say I'm impressed. Pros: Leo is a great guy, and love his upbeat personality and responsiveness to my various requests. He is always quick to turn orders around and make sure things are communicated clearly. They also pickup at my building, which is convenient. You can also get 10-15% off your first dry cleaning order, which is nice. best cleaner i ever used!! they always do amazing cleaning jobs and have never given me a hard time. if you aren't able to pick up or drop off your items right away, simply call and let them know, they have a free delivery service for their customers and it's very convenient! They're very reliable, responsible for their jobs. Their service is super expedited, i never had any issue of not getting items in a timely manner. I just had to simply let them know by when i needed my items.
