This place is the best! They do a thorough job with washing and folding. They are always great at communicating & their drivers are so kind and patient - once one of them waited on my stoop for a long time after I miscommunicated! Additionally, if any issues come up they always address It right away. For example: a blanket I sent out to wash was unfortunately ripped(no fault of theirs, I should have communicated the instructions for the blanket bc It was a unique material one) they ended up paying for It, covering the load that was sent out, and gave me a generous amount of credits for my next loads. I pass another laundromat on my way to get here.The staff and ownership is very kind and helpful, the environment is very clean with fine attention to details. The laundry machines are modern and offer multiple heat settings so that they they don't shrink your cloths. They also offer dry cleaning services with a next day turnaround time. Combining all this makes JC Eco by far the best laundromat in historic downtown neighborhood. I would rate more stars if I could!!I really do appreciate the dedicated service. This company takes pride in their services the same way a butcher takes pride in only serving fresh meat. I truly recommend their business.

JC ECO Laundry has excellent service and quality. All of the people that work here are professional, and kind. I ordered the delivery laundry service. The clothes were delivered fast within 24 hours, neatly folded and perfectly washed. You will not find better laundromat business in Jersey.
