“Had a leak last Thursday - Henny came out that day to assess. Used a camera with imaging to locate wetness inside the walls - he and his team took pictures and got back with a quote an hour later! Tom and Louie came on Saturday to open the wall and install fans & humidifiers to ensure that everything dries quickly and correctly. They set up containment structures to keep everything covered. Tom and Louie were professional & friendly. They even explained to my toddler what was happening. Today (Tuesday) they came back to remove the machines & take the containment areas down.
