“SK Heating came recommended by a trusted friend who knew I was in a bind with a heating issue just before COVID. In the dead of winter, Saki came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I know he wedged me into an already-tight schedule and it was life-saving move! Since then I have used SK for routine maintenance and repairs. Today, I experienced another issue with a pressure valve on a heater that is on its last legs. Saki came over, diagnosed the problem and we have a repair visit scheduled for later this week. “Review! So last night my air conditioning decided it wanted to stop working. It got hot super fast. I was recommended to Lafferty Heating and Cooling. I got their answering service early this morning. Lauren called me back promptly and set up for them to come out between 12 and 4. At 1130, I got a call from Bob who said they would be here within 30 minutes. They diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes of being here. They walked me through what had happened and what they needed to do to get it working again. They made sure I thoroughly understood what was happening the entire time.
