“I was recently in the market for a home espresso set up. After weeks of doing online research and wanting to test out machines in person, I found Action Coffee. I am so thankful I found this family-owned hidden gem right under my nose here in Bergen county. This was the place for me as I value good customer service. From the moment I called to see what machines they had in stock, Jim was nothing short of fantastic. He has a wealth of knowledge, is welcoming, passionate, but not pushy at all, and just an all around cool guy! When I went to check out the machine that I was interested in, I was greeted with an espresso. Jim had the machine all set up for me and walked me through how to use it. I ended up getting a Rancilio Silvia and Fiorenzato f4 Evo grinder as well as a bunch of goodies for my new set up. They also sell quality beans and supply many local cafes and restaurants. You must try their Black velvet blend. It’s excellent! I will definitely be coming back here for all of my coffee needs and recommend that all my family and friends do the same. “Had a great experience with Jimmy and his team. I recieved a call back in 2 hrs after i left a message, and was able to get an appt for the next day even though they were working on another project. Jimmy is detailed oriented, takes initiatives, and tidy with his work. For example, my thermostat was missing the C cable although it is unrelated to my problem. When i ask him about it, he has already taken care of it prior to my inquiry. I have included a picture of his team bundling the cables nicely after they did the repairs.
