“My appointment for my parrot Beto was on July 26, 2024 with Dr. Perez. My partner and I drove 1 hour to take our baby here for his wellness exam, nail clipping and DNA exam (to find out his gender). Dr. Perez was beyond AMAZING. She treated Beto like if he was a real baby, with so much care, passion and love. I can tell immediately Dr. Perez LOVES what she does. She is so knowledgeable when it comes to exotic animals/pets. It was so hard for me to find a local exotic veterinarian in my area, which is why we made the 1 hour drive because Beto's nails needed to be trimmed ASAP and I wanted him to get seen by a knowledgeable doctor. It was so worth it going to this establishment.

Dr. Perez conducted the exam in front of us. Beto was trying to fight Dr. Perez but he calmed down. Once Beto was put back in his cage, he drank water and looked fine. Once we got home, Beto was acting like if nothing ever happened to him an hour before. He was back to being himself.

Beto's vet is no longer in the area which is why I had to find him a new vet. Dr. Perez will be in my area every other week so in the future, we will book ahead of time. Thank you Dr. Perez and the vet technician for taking care of Beto so well during his appointment. Beto was getting so many compliments from Dr. Perez and the vet technician because he is so healthy and well taken care of, it made me feel very special hearing it from the experts in exotic animals.

I highly recommended Dr. Perez to anyone who owns a parrot, macaw, or any exotic pet.“

Great local veterinary office. All the staff are friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. My dog is very difficult to handle/deal with, and they really work with us to manage her needs.

“I’ve been seeing Dr. Hoskin for a little over a year now, since she worked at a previous facility. She started taking care of my Frenchie when he was only about 10 weeks old. It was a no brainer to follow her when she started working at Wayne animal hospital. I cannot put into words how much of a relief it is, as a pet owner, to have a vet you wholeheartedly trust. She is one of the most kind, compassionate and caring people I have ever met. She treats my Duke with so much love. He gets excited every time he goes to the vet, because he loves her so much. “Can’t say enough about Tri County and the Dr’s and staff. My dad has an older dog and has his own vet. Unfortunately, on Monday Rusty was suffering terribly. We called his vet of 2 years at 8:10 and explained what was going on with Rusty and we believed it was time we let him go. They informed me they have no Dr. until 9am and no openings until 11:40. I went on to say you must have consideration for an emergency of this sort, they didn’t. I hung up and called my vet Tri County, explained I have a unique situation and explained. They asked if we can be there by 8:40am. When we got there we saw Dr. Torres immediately, she evaluated him with all information we can provide about his history. She gave us options, including putting Rusty to rest, however, we felt it was time for him to go. The staff was absolutely amazing. They handled the matter with ease, care and compassion. “I have many pets and have been going here for many years. I primarily use Dr Houston. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate. She keeps up to date on new vet treatments. She takes time to explain any issues, giving pros and cons of different possible treatments, and then gives her treatment suggestion. She is willing to take the time to answer any questions the owner may have. The staff is polite and friendly. I have only used the other vet, Dr Miller, half a dozen times. She is very thorough and also willing to answer questions. I cannot imagine taking my pets any place else.“
