We have always had a pleasant experience with staff at both locations! Front desk readily answers the phone. I’ve never had too long of a wait. They provide complimentary nail trims which is always a great bonus with a fussy pup ? Our dog is also always nervous to go to the vet and can sometimes snap. The vets are very patient and understanding of her. Our dog always leaves in a better mood than when she came in. I’ve included a picture of our dog in their “happy hat.” For the safety of both the dog and vet of course.

The staff is always friendly n helpful especially the front desk and the vet assistants. We see Dr. Cozzarelli who is always friendly caring n efficient. She takes the time to answer all my questions.

I have taken my beautiful pup to Dr Adele and her staff for 6 years—through Covid and all it threw at businesses. Everyone has always been kind,compassionate and wonderful to deal with. Cassie wouldn’t have it any other way!!!
