He even took the lead in coordinating with the HOA. Being new to the Manhattan condo procedures, it was amazing to have someone like Adam helping us complete our forms (which he did not need to do) rather than simply providing the insurance COIs requested. He sent us photos and communicated along the entire job. He was knowledgeable and educated us along the way about our floors and repair options. We live in a ground floor apartment and April in the showroom helped us pick out the perfect engineered wood floor for our teeny tiny space. Amanda and Tomasz helped make sure we had all the requirements to do construction in our coop building, and Tomasz was available from start to finish to answer any questions we had. They were incredibly transparent every step of the way, which was amazing when we had issues with our subfloor and had to do additional work pre-installation. We interviewed seven (!!) different contractors for this job and the Eko team was by far the best choice, from Tomasz's in depth knowledge of wood flooring and installation techniques, to the fair price, to the professionalism of the entire crew.
