William was so helpful and even pointed out that I possibly had a measurement wrong -- saving us money. “I scaled down and moved from the house into a condo. Because of a smaller space, I wanted to make sure I use every inch of it well. I had The Closet Builder install 5 closets including a kitchen pantry and a walk-in. Norbert, who came out to my place did a good job with the design and generally, I like the quality of the materials and the way they look. I also felt that the price is good. There is one design problem in the largest of them -- my walk-in closet -- and two months later I am still having trouble getting his attention and getting it fixed. That's disappointing. Otherwise, I would have given them 5 stars and an enthusiastic review.“
