He even took the lead in coordinating with the HOA. Being new to the Manhattan condo procedures, it was amazing to have someone like Adam helping us complete our forms (which he did not need to do) rather than simply providing the insurance COIs requested. He sent us photos and communicated along the entire job. He was knowledgeable and educated us along the way about our floors and repair options. Working with contractors can be stressful, but Adam made us feel so at ease and engaged despite being remote throughout the entire process, never meeting in-person. “I would highly recommend Tom and Highlander flooring. We were getting our floors redone as there were some seriously scuffed up portions of our flooring due to kids and unexpected work-from-home wear and tear. Tom was confident in working with our engineered hardwood, which not all flooring companies can work with. We had seen the exceptional work he had done with our neighbors floors (same floors as ours) and despite choosing a different stain received the same exceptional work.We were navigating the refinishing while the apartment was still furnished and we were away on vacation during the holidays. We were blown away at the quality of work we returned to, as well as every item in our house being replaced exactly as we had left it(including our complicated entertainment system ). I had to joke with Tom that the only thing I did notice was our bed was 3 inches to the left of it's normal spot.If you're looking for a provider that offers sound advice, a good price, friendly and trustworthy service, timeline efficient and quality work I couldn't recommend Tom and Highlander enough. We even noticed a few minor dents and scratches our kids were likely responsible for and Tom and the crew were quick to offer help in buffing those out and taking care of any other items that needed to be addressed. He truly showed an effort to ensure we'd walk away happy with the best experience possible. He wouldn't consider the job done unless we were completely satisfied, which we quickly were.“
