“I have been going to Valley Medical Group for 13 years. I like to use 1 Dr. So that he knows me. The first Dr. That I saw was Dr. Visconti and I cannot say enough good things about him. He listens to you, has a very calm bedside manner and has always taken care of me. Yes I have read some of the reviews about the staff but if you get to know them, they are all good and hardworking people. I would never fault anyone at this office. Would have loved a better response when I called. When I asked if it was busy now? It was 8:40 am and the answer I got was “ it’s an urgent care” it tends to get busy of course when I arrive there were two ahead of me that would have been a better answer.“

“Ami is amazing! I’ve never met a front desk. Employee who takes pride in her position is very kind warm and welcoming. Upon my initial entrance into the office, the ladies weren’t pleasant nor did they make eye contact nor greet me when I came in. I only give a four star review because of the extended weight. To get a preemployment physical done other than that my experience was OK.“
