I’ve been here twice for rapid PCR tests and the service is fantastic. Yes, you do have to wait, but we are in a pandemic with the highest levels of transmissions and contagiousness. There are waits at every facility. All of the staff is nice, friendly, and professional. The facility is brand new and immaculate, there’s even parking in the back (which is rare for Jersey City). If you need a QR test and / or passport number on your results, they can do that. I was very impressed and will be back. Thank you!
They were so quick and helpful. Super polite staff, clean equipment, and extremely understanding.Would definitely recommend if you are in need of any COVID testing for travel, or in a rush!! Everything was very streamlined and my boyfriend and I were in and out in less than 30 minutes.
Urgent Medical Care did an excellent job in attending to my needs with efficiency and great speed. They made sure any concerns I had were immediately attended to after hours by phone calls from the doctor himself. My problems were resolved within minutes. I would highly recommend their services to anybody. A well-deserved five-star review.
