Maddy is very nice and works efficientlySo do the other nurses and receptionist, the doctors are the slow ones thats why I took a star away, the doctor didn’t apologize or empathize with me after I waited for 3 hours to see her

I would like to commend, Dr. R and Maddy who is at the front reception desk for their exceptional care of the management of my sons preemployment physical exam. I asked to speak with the doctor following his exam to help clarify some information my son had given her, and she was absolutely wonderful and open minded and instructed me how to proceed in order to resolve the questions that I had. When I followed up regarding the physical and a fax that needed to be sent to my sons new employer, Maddy was so responsive and pleasant to deal with. I did wait a very long time to be seen but luckily the nurse that helped me, Michelle was very nice and helpful. She got everything done for me very fast and showed dedication for her job.
