“From start to finish, my experience with Ciel Power was great! It began with an energy audit, which was done professionally and the gentleman who came to my house was nice enough to work around contractors rebuilding a staircase, cats, and my 3 year old wreaking havoc!I then had a phone call scheduled with Mason to go over the results of the audit and his proposal for improvements. Let me tell you... I hate a hard sell, and I typically hate these types of phone calls because of the pressure they put on me to make a decision. This phone call was nothing like that- Mason was friendly, informative, patient, and most importantly, not at all pushy. He laid out all the information, answered all of my questions, and helped me understand every step.I also subjected him to countless questions through emails and follow up calls, as I hemmed and hawed over getting the work done, and finally I ended up going with everything proposed, including insulation blow into all wall cavities, air sealing, and insulating the knee walls and floors in my attic. “Update: I have been continuously working with Zaina Service Tech for the past 3 years and I highly recommend them. Highly technical and fair.I used Zaina after having gone through 5 different companies trying to identify my AC issues. My AC unit wasn't cooling and I called Zaina to see what's going on. Every year I have this problem twice a year. People would come out and just try to fix the issue by refilling the refrigerant, nobody was able to identify why the system was leaking. Zaina came out to my house multiple times to try to identify the issues. He had a lot of tech/tools with him and was able to identify the leak and show my exactly what was going on with my unit. A problem 5 different companies wasted my money and never able to figure out.After getting a quote from him, he gave me a great price on replacing my unit. He was honest from the first call and being an engineer myself, I saw how thorough he is in his work. He replaced my unit in 1 day and tested every little detail of the new system. “Janusz and his team installed AC in our house that had none. They have a busy schedule but they did us a favor by quickly installing AC in the common areas as the outside temperature was high. We then agreed to wait a few weeks to install the rest. The wait was worth it as they did quality work for a fair price. The work consisted in installing a cooling coil on our furnace and 3 heat pumps feeding 10 air handlers. We’re very happy of the result.“
