Our private work outs are always personalized (and on zoom since I relocated from Philly now), and I love having the weekly group zoom class to see my dearest work out partners across the community she has built. Ashley went above and beyond this year to educate herself with oncology and chemo/active treatment and studied how that impacts our work outs together. I always look forward to our time together. She has taught me how to appreciate my body throughout transitional times of pregnancy and beyond, and pushes me to be stronger every day.
