This gym has more variety of equipment than most. You never have to wait for a cardio machine unlike other gyms. The staff are great and always speak to you when you walk in. My PT (Kate) is the best! She works with you at your own pace and doesn't rush you thru your sessions. And always comes up with new ways to torture me but it's always done with a smile lol

Absolutely love this gym! For being corporate, it definitely has a small private owned feeling to it. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. The manager Jill is always running around helping everyone and always has a smile on her face. I often see her dancing through the gym while fixing things, cleaning up or just talking with members. Literally dancing. I honestly wouldn't want to workout anywhere else. Equipment is well kept and I see Jill and the maintenance man checking things out often. I've never seen broken equipment for longer than a week or so. I love it here!

Excellent experience: clean, well-maintained, courteous. Busy but not overly crowded. Classes are good, from what I hear (but be careful with regard to personal trainers, as the contract terms are not transparent up front, and once you sign, the gym will hold you to terms you may not know you agreed to).
