“During the most recent storm 7/31/2024. I had a branch fall on my roof. After further inspection the next morning I noticed it went thru my roof. I had worked with Joey prior. Gave him a call and he came out the same day. He was able to patch it up for me. Then submitted a work order for it to be fixed in the next couple of weeks as everything is sealed up for the time being. It's always nice knowing you can call your sales rep ( Joey) and he is willing to make time for you the same day during a busy schedule from the storm.
