We had Midwest replace most of our windows in the past. So we contacted Eric to replace two front crank out windows. We received the bid quickly and proceeded to scheduling the date. If I could give 10 stars for the installers work I certainly would. Kind and courteous and hard working. They had the windows in and cleaned within 3 hours. The Pella windows are a great product from reviews we've seen. Overall a great experience with no hiccups. Highly recommend this company and Eric's attention to detail and responsiveness.

Eric and his team at Midwest Window and Door are excellent to work with. Service, communication, installation, and clean up are all top notch. I highly recommend and will definitely work with them again.

Pretty easy drop. They start hand unloading at 7:30AM, first come first serve. Their is usually space for you to turn around when you come through the first gate and back up to a door. Don't forget to leave enough space for people to maneuver in and out.
