After talking to the insurance company and getting nowhere, I finally handed the phone to her to talk with the insurance representative. She ended up fixing the issue herself in the eyemed system and was able to get everything fixed and in a timely manner. I really appreciate her helpfulness and knowledge in the whole process of getting an eye exam and new glasses.“

“I am a fairly new patient at ilumin. I went there due to a Cataract issue. I was given a very thorough eye exam and two other eye issues were found and need to be corrected before I can have Cararact surgery. Everyone at ilumin is very friendly and professional. “I love this place! Friendly and helpful staff, it was easy to schedule an eye exam and their eye doctor was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She was careful to explain about different conditions of the eyes and how certain medications can negatively impact the eyesight over time and what we can do proactively. And as someone who has to take certain medications this was extremely helpful at ensuring my eyesight doesn't become permanently damaged. Also whenever I had a concern, the staff and doctor was quick to return my calls and answer my questions.“
