“Had my 6.5 year old Mac Book Pro battery pack replaced by Duane at Bilzi Mac. Didn’t get a chance to meet the owners, Steve or Sue, but had talked with both when calling to inquire about scheduling and cost (I didn’t want to leave my laptop so we worked out a morning to come in and wait (I actually ran an errand over at Trader Joe’s a couple blocks away). Duane was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and had the job done faster than I expected. Very nice “yankee” (as I am as well) who served our country. Great to support local businesses… My only suggestion is that I talked on the phone to both owners prior to bringing my laptop in for service and neither mentioned the 3.5% fee for paying with my credit card (which I totally understand). But had I known I would have simply stopped by my ATM and paid in cash and saved over $10 (it was a $350 job with tax). Other than that, I highly recommend Bilzi Mac. Thank you again Duane! My Mac seems to be holding the charge and works great!“

“Campbell had me reconnect my computer, I was have problems with it, no signal to monitor, and it worked fine once I got all plugged in. I had replace the Bios battery and afterwards it would not start, the problem was, I hooked up the monitor to the mother board not the video card. Dah.
