Thank you Jon for recovering documents I thought I'd lost when my flash drive decided to stop working! Carolina and Kure Beach...you don't have to go too far OTB to find someone who will go out of their way to help when you need computer repair, or hardware/software support and more!

Jon was able to find pictures and data that we thought had been deleted forever from my laptop while we were on vacation. If you need computer or technical support or help, whether you live here or traveling through or working remotely, this is the place to go. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Beach PC is always top notch. Their diagnoses are informative; their staff is also highly competent as well as very cooperative. I fix my own computer if it has issues and am familiar with hardware repair, but simply did not have the patience or time to diagnose and procure parts myself. You can rely on Beach PC experts to solve issues that no other local technology repair provider can compete with. You don't need Geeksquad you need Beach PC.
