Highly recommended! I had 2 laptops repaired. One with a hardware issue / loose port and one with software issues. Dan was very professional, helpful and easy to work with. Security is a concern for all of us and keeping your data safe. You only work directly with Dan, who has years of experience. Located in a home offic. The setup is very professional and they offer square pay via credit or debit. Setting an appointment is easy, excellent communication and reasonable prices. Thanks Dan for your help I will be back!

I texted Dan at Marked Improvement Computer and Phone Repair because my android phone was making static sounds and phone calls were not coming through. He suggested that I clear out all apps that were not necessary and restart the phone. It worked! Thanks Dan for your advice. And it's refreshing to have a nice helpful guy on the other end of a distress call. Thanks

My daughter shattered her iPad screen. Chaos ensued! I called Dan at Marked Improvements and he took care of me in a short period of time. He did exactly what he said he would do in the timeframe he said he would do it. I have nothing but positive things to say about Dan and his business. He charged less than everyone else and made me feel like a priority. I called two other places before calling Marked Improvements and was told it would take 2 weeks. And the price was higher than what Dan quoted. He had it completed in the 4 days he said it would take. There’s nothing like working with someone who does what they say they will do.
