“Wake Remodeling reworked our small screened-in porch to a beautiful 3-seasons room that is twice the size. We use this space FAR more now than we ever did before. It's gorgeous. ... And, Luke was right, we are indeed glad we added the heated floors.

She even took time to help us pick appropriate furniture (not required or part of our contract...she is just a super nice person and spent her own free time to help us).

We also used Distinctive Kitchen and Appliances. Terri was, and continues to be, an incredible resource.

Communication, in the beginning, was severely lacking with the production manager. He was unresponsive and that was frustrating. It improved greatly once the job started. In the year since completion, we had 1 tiny (literally a screw on the closet door needed fixed) and they sent someone right over to fix it immediately.

“I have hired Trevor for Countertop Refinish. He completed the project on schedule as planned, and took at most care of the surroundings during the work. He is very reliable as he came in the following week to see any minor fixes needed though he completed project and got paid. We paid him 50% of the project cost in advance for ordering materials, and remaining 50% at two installments after finishing 75% of the work and final completion. He is very skilled, and provides details of everything transparently. I and my family really loved the outcome of this project. Trevor did it beyond factory design finish that you get.
