I recently hired Cary and Chris and the team at Residential Specialties to replace my roof, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. They were incredibly fast, respectful, and reasonably priced. Moreover, their responsiveness was impressive, and they managed to complete the job just before heavy rain hit. I highly recommend them for their efficiency and professionalism.

I have been in construction for 25 years and most companies are incompetent; I’ve come to expect the worst. These guys gave me some hope that there’s a few out there that can still get the job done and actually do what they claim they can do. Cary and team were punctual, thorough in their work and displayed efficiency throughout the process. The speed with which they completed the job was impressive, and their responsiveness to any concerns or questions was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend their services for anyone in need of a reliable and professional roofing contractor.

Great Team at RS. From dealings with the owner Cary and to the site Superintendent to the crew installing the roof all were extremely nice and knowledgeable. Their work ethic and communication was of Top Notch Quality. I definitely recommend RS for any roofing needs you have. 5***** rating for sure.
