“I had interviewed 3 different firms to help with some emerging issues at my elderly mother's home. After speaking to Rob, I knew I had found the right one! From quoting good, better, best options; to carefully answering all of my questions and concerns, Rob created a plan to deal with ongoing moisture issues by installing a french drain system, then encapsulating the crawlspace with a dehumidifier. My 93 year old mother exclaimed "I have never in all my life seen a company clean up so well after themselves". LOL. But seriously, on the final inspection of the crawlspace, I was impressed with the meticulousness of the work, the EXCELLENT customer service and the willingness to go at the pace my family needed to go. “Called Vince to do some tile work in our master bath. He sent Ricardo to do the work and he did such a great job we added another bathroom to his list. We just had a water leak in our basement and I called Vince on a Saturday and he not only answered our call, he sent someone out right away to take care of it. Once again Ricardo came out and he was amazing on how detailed and clean he was in cutting the sheet rock so it wouldn't make a mess. He cleans everything up and is very meticulous. I would highly recommend you call Vincent Barbour for all your household needs.“

From our initial visit and design creation with Dennis and Hannah to Ryan, our project manager, and his great team of workers, my husband and I could not be more happy! We are so proud of our new remodeled bathroom that we can’t wait to show it to visitors to our home! The people who did the work - like Nick, Dustin, Raul, Pablo, Orlin, Cristian, Anthony, the painters, etc. - they all did a great job! We were able to track the schedule of our renovation using EZPro‘s app that showed a calendar of jobs for each day and also photos posted of the work done that day. Nothing was a mystery. It was very transparent. Ryan checked on the workers almost every day and kept us updated through emails and text. If we had a question or saw anything we needed done, he always responded within 20 mins or less and resolved any issues. We couldn’t have asked for a better project manager. Vlad, Sergio, and team did a fantastic job replacing our countertops/backsplash, removing cabinets, and rebuilding our sink (it had leaked for a while and destroyed the cabinetry underneath!). If I had one critique it would simply be the project management system didn't seem to be used much, so most communication was by email, which just wasn't my preference but definitely not a blocker. In the end, they did amazing work with extreme attention to detail. I highly recommend.“
