“We hired CQC during the pandemic to do a major remodel on our 1948 home. We were adding two bathrooms, moving a laundry room, opening a load bearing wall, and refinishing a basement to include a home gym, kitchenette, and theater room. And, we had a tight deadline as family was coming in for a big Thanksgiving. Justin was our project manager and Lawrence Aucoin was on the job a lot. While the deadline added stress to the experience, Justin and Lawrence worked hard to make sure we had what we needed in place for the big gathering. This included Justin personally driving counties away to pick up a part to make one of the new bathrooms functional for our guests.The remodel turned out stunning, and we are very grateful for CQC’s hard work. We are now two years out since the job was done, and we are equally impressed with the follow-through on the two-year warranty CQC offers. While we had only minor issues that needed to be addressed, Justin was prompt with scheduling the people that needed to come do the work. As a company, CQC was very professional and responsive. “Bernie, Seth, and Benjamin did a great job renovating our 70's bathroom with damage to the sub-floor and adding beams to support the new walk-in shower. They removed the old popcorn ceiling and widened the 28" door to a standard size door. They installed new flooring, handicap grab bars and created a shower curtain rod that is strong enough to do pull ups on. Every obstacle that came up they were able to overcome it. If I had another bathroom to renovate they would be the team I would call.“

“Highly recommended! Very friendly, quick responsive, quick in action and in very reasonable price!Our upstairs AC stopped working last night (Saturday) and became over 80 degrees all night. When we contacted Speedy Nelson around lunch time (Sunday), they responded immediately and came on time at scheduled time. They started looking for the problem and fixed it immediately after arrival. We even requested to check refrigerant level, they did and refilled it right on the spot. Whole process took about an hour and charged in a very reasonable price!“

“Little Corner Construction replaced all the windows in our house (more than 30 windows), expanded the size of one of our windows, replaced the back door and surrounding windows and transoms, repaired wood rot around our house, replaced 25% of our siding, and painted our house. It was a tremendous project and it took a few months, but it was worth it and our 32-year-old house looks brand new!I worked primarily with Vivian, who was very professional and made sure we had everything we needed for the project. Miguel was the on-site project lead, and the quality and attention to detail of his work was unparalleled. The team came out to our house on a couple of occasions before the project started to take thorough measurements and discuss any additional work we needed done. Vivian was super knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to, and at no point did we ever feel bullied or belittled (which is rare for construction companies).The pricing of the project was in line with (and slightly less than) other estimates. And Vivian always returned my phone calls and emails, unlike our experience with some other construction companies.From our perspective, the only notable areas of improvement for Little Corner were time estimates and communication regarding work days. We started the project at the beginning of October and were told everything would be complete by Halloween. When that passed, it was a stretch to get the windows and doors complete by Thanksgiving. The entire project (including siding, painting, etc.) was done shortly after Christmas, and then there were a few minor items that stretched out a couple of months after that. Given, we added on a few items to our original project scope, but the project would still have taken 6-8 weeks longer than originally estimated, even without a lot of rain or other weather delays. If the estimate had been 2-3 months from the beginning, it would not have been a problem for us. The other area of improvement was work days: it would have been great to have an update at the beginning of each week regarding which days the guys would be working on the house. We were usually notified in the mornings after the work day began that the team would not be showing up that day, either due to weather or other scheduling issues. It wasn't a huge deal, but there were a few occasions that we had to rearrange our day last minute when the team couldn't show up.With that being said, we would definitely work with Little Corner again in a heartbeat. When the project was complete (and even after we had paid our final invoice), Vivian was great at following up and making sure that every little thing on our checklist was complete. I've never worked with a construction company that was as easy to work with, as detailed oriented, and of as high of quality as Little Corner. They were very respectful of our property, did great work all around, and they did not call out any unnecessary items that needed repairs. Thanks for everything!“
