“You get a 4 because your staff went out of their way to help with my situation but I'm not likely to send people here because everyone I know has really bad eyesight, and you only carry up to certain strengths of prescriptions. I was unable to partake in your 2/$79 deal, and your store could not offer same day service. As my glasses were beyond repair, I ended up having to purchase the only set of frames that my lenses would fit in. A purple children's set which was $139.99+tax. Ridiculous. In such situations the manager should have discretion to lower the price to something reasonable since I will only end up using the frames for 3 days. I will purchase a new complete set when I get home, and then I am out the money for the frames I don't need.“
