“My wife Brook and I recently moved to the area and were looking for an eye doctor and randomly picked Eyes on Lake Norman and what a great pick. Dr. Sugarman was great, listened to me, answered all of my questions and took his time to make sure he had addressed all of my concerns and he did, a 5 start eye doctor. The staff he has working with him are all 5 stars. They made us feel so comfortable, helped us pick out the glasses that were best for us and did so without trying to push the most expensive or a brand they "needed" to sale, they were truly helping us. This place is how a business should be conducted. Oh and the staff laughed at my "dad jokes", so you can believe that helped. There are a few doctors available and I saw Dr. Ahua for my eye examinations. She was thorough and thoughtful in her communication about my vision status and rx options. Lastly, one of the staff who was very friendly and patient helped me with choosing eyeglass frames.All in all, I’m glass I choose to come here as opposed to a well known competitor because quality service is still hands down the best business practice.“

“My toddler son accidently poked me in the eye and it was one of the most painful things I had experienced. I looked up a local place that could make emergency eye appointments and found Northpoint! I have never needed to go to an eye Dr or eye center before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was blown away by how helpful, accommodating, and caring the whole office was. Initially they weren't able to get me in that day, but shortly after that call I got a call back saying they would be able to squeeze me in! I was so grateful for the help. “Dr Peggy was phenomenal with me and my three children. Her receptionist took into account that I was a single mom working full time and arranged for us all to be seen in the same time span. Dr Peggy was patient with my kids answered all their questions during their exam and all our glasses can relatively quick.
