“So I arrived for 11:15 appointment, showed up and then was promptly assisted with one half of exam. I then was placed to wait for doctor almost 20 min.. with no explanation.. from the reviews here.. I see this is common. Be aware that this will not the fastest visit but the staff does seem to be getting better. The doctor is very helpful and nice“
“I'm very pleased with how my telehealth exam went! I'm not entirely sure what I expected, though an exam same as normal, but the doctor is on a screen. This is probably the most thorough eye exam I've had which is boggling.Also, Matt and Roy were great help with choosing mt new frames! I'm looking forward to picking them up ☺“
