So I arrived for 11:15 appointment, showed up and then was promptly assisted with one half of exam. I then was placed to wait for doctor almost 20 min.. with no explanation.. from the reviews here.. I see this is common. Be aware that this will not the fastest visit but the staff does seem to be getting better. The doctor is very helpful and nice

Have been going to Northcross for years and they always provide 5* quality service to me and my family. The doctor is very passionate about eyecare and you can tell that in the level of explanation and service he provides.

As I entered the office, I have received a warm welcome to the office. . The nurse that performed the different eye test was very professional and kind she explained the process before it was done. I really appreciate Dr.Jason Crawfords' expertise and knowledge. I will definitely recommend Northcross Eye Associates.
