Dr. Whiteside is very professional, knowledgeable , personable and gives clear explanations about everything. The office personnel were all very knowledgeable as well as helpful. I highly recommend this practice and will not hesitate to recommend the practice to anyone that asks.

I have been a patient of Dr. Brandon Whiteside's for several years. As many other reviewers have shared, it is true that sometimes the wait to ultimately see the doctor can be long. I promise you, they don't want patients to wait very long either. It's just an unfortunate consequence of some patient's needs take longer than others, and that is very difficult to account for in the scheduling process. I was treated so nicely and carefully this week (2 separate visits) for an inflammation of my cornea that I just HAD to come write a review. I had a mediocre experience here; Dr. Brandon Whitesides was less than ideal to work with since he lacked bedside manner, reassuring advice and prompt response. The nurse was also a 2 out of 5 as it appeared she was inexperienced. I wanted to like this practice but it turns out that I find better care elsewhere.
