“In complete contrast to the other review here, our experience was completely wonderful. Alex was very professional, to both my wife and me, was highly responsive, and the price for our job was far less than we expected. Our project was the removal of carpet in two guest bedrooms, and replacement with engineered hardwoods consistent with the rest of the main level of our home. The installation crew arrived on time, took extreme measures to put down protective tarping and worked like crazy for the full day. The final product was nothing less than perfect, and the clean up after the crew was done was amazing. Based on our experience, we will definitely recommend Verion, and will use them again next time we need flooring!“

“So nothing to do with carpet or flooring but just amazing customer service! My tire blew out right at their place, so I turned in to the 1st driveway I saw which was Contract Carpet and 2 young men came running out to see if me and my 2 grandchildren were ok! They offered right away to change my tire which obviously they didn't have to do! Wow, there are amazingly good hearted people still left in the world!! It was 93 degrees and so hot but they did it anyway! There was also 2 very sweet women running the store inside too that were trying hard to entertain the kids while all this was going on. If I had to break down, couldn't have done it at a better place! If this is any indication of how they treat their customers, then you can't lose by giving them your business!
