Excellent service. My order arrived quickly and was loaded by the LL staff. The wood was in great condition, we had very few flawed boards (bellawood) I was able to return 3 unused boxes with no restocking fee. Will use LL again.

This is a small flooring showroom like most LLs. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Ultimately ar this time the cost of new flooring was higher than we thought so we opted to not move forward with the project.

LL Flooring is BY FAR the BEST flooring company we have ever come to work with. Being in Real Estate I see a lot of different companies and LL Flooring surpasses them all. From the first installation to the last they always check in to make sure everything is going smoothly and that we are happy with everything. We had a major issue and the store manager Chris went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure it was taken care of and corrected (this was on the manufacturer end - not anything they did wrong or the installer). We cannot be happier and we will continue to send everyone we know to LL Flooring. Thanks for everything!
