Dr. Shi is so nice and wonderful and also amazing at what he does I love him and he works on your mouth with no pain associated is what I love about him. He's the best and his whole team is the best. I will continue to go to him especially because of his team's customer service, knowledge about dentistry work, and promptness on appointments. He does not make you wait long at all once you arrive. You can't go wrong with this dentist office at all try them and you won't be disappointed.“

Dr. Jones is wonderful and the entire staff are very professional with warm personalities. Leaving my dentist on Long Island was very devastating for me. I am grateful to have found a trusted professional in Dr. Jones. He has a warm spirit and the best bedside manner. I have visited with other dental offices in the area and none compare to Brier Creek. Everyone who works here is excellent. From reception, to hygienist Anais, Bailey, to Eddie in billing. I recently took my mother here who had not been to the dentist in a few years and was nervous. Dr. Jones was very gentle, took his time discussing his recommendations for her with me and I really appreciated that. Many people don’t love going to the dentist, but I look forward to my scheduled cleanings.“

“I'm sorry to see 2 really bad reviews. I can't imagine anyone in this office being rude or Dr belcea not caring for his patients.I've been seeing Dr belcea since 2008 and always had pretty good visits. I liked him for his patience and more holistic approach and sometimes thinking outside the box. He definitely attempts to look at the root of the problem and not the symptom. Yes I did join the membership but I am on Medicare so by no means am I in an "elite" group. I am paying no more or right about the same as medical expenses when I had work insurance. He is available for emergency services, I can easily get an appointment that same day or in a day. He is very precise in following up with ordered tests, takes his time with each patient and has a great bedside manner. I hope to never go back to traditional medical Drs not that they r necessarily bad but due to insurance requirements. And yes he does seem to have a bit of front staff turnover, but all of them seem to be rather nice.“

“I just had some wisdom teeth removed and they were so great. All the staff was very polite. Fortunately for me I didn’t need to be put under for my procedure. So I was awake for everything. I myself am a very anxious person and hate going to the dentist. I also suffer from ptsd. They were so wonderful and compassionate and made sure to never make me feel uncomfortable, even though I was extremely scared and emotional. They constantly checked up on me and talked me through everything before every step while encouraging me. Like I said previously I hate the dentist and knew i was going to have a tough time. They made it run as smoothly as possible and also checked on me hours later even after I had gotten home with an encouraging message . They really went above and beyond. This is not my first great experience with them either, I have already perversely had them. I won’t be going anywhere else I trust them and thank them greatly.“
