I'm sorry to see 2 really bad reviews. I can't imagine anyone in this office being rude or Dr belcea not caring for his patients.I've been seeing Dr belcea since 2008 and always had pretty good visits. I liked him for his patience and more holistic approach and sometimes thinking outside the box. He definitely attempts to look at the root of the problem and not the symptom. Yes I did join the membership but I am on Medicare so by no means am I in an "elite" group. I am paying no more or right about the same as medical expenses when I had work insurance. He is available for emergency services, I can easily get an appointment that same day or in a day. He is very precise...read full review
